1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Orders placed after the 14-day period are generally not eligible for return or refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Perfumes and fragrances are non-returnable once opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Note: We do not accept returns on opened perfumes, used products, or items that have been tampered with.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or damaged product).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with clear photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping) at no extra cost.

5. International & Domestic Shipping

We ship to many destinations worldwide. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for international orders and for domestic returns that are not due to our error.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Wait for our approval and return instructions.
